Ted Sherk received a Master’s in Environmental Studies as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics from the University of Waterloo. His thesis examined energy-related attitudes and behaviors of homeowners who adopt solar energy projects versus non-adopters. He financed much of his university expenses as a gigging jazz and classical bassist.
