Felipe De Leon has over six years experience as a consultant with a strong emphasis on clean energy projects in the Kyoto Protocol’s Clean Development Mechanism. He specializes in climate finance, carbon markets and low-carbon development, having worked throughout Latin America in wind power projects, hydropower projects, and the development of the Colombian carbon market, amongst others. He studied industrial engineering at the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and Sustainable Management at the Instituto Centroamericano de Administración de Empresas.
